Zelus is a global sportswear brand and Nike Inc.’s exclusive licensee for the design, manufacturing, marketing, promotion, and sale of teamwear apparel and equipment products to serve athletes and teams globally.
At Zelus, our mission is to inspire, connect, and serve every team athlete by adding a ‘Swoosh’ on their teamwear. We work with grassroots teams, educational bodies, and professional clubs in a wide range of sports, including rugby, basketball, track and field, and hockey.

The Role
The role plays a critical operation within the Zelus business. Owning and leading our key marketing operations and launch co‑ordination protocols across the marketplace, this role will enable successful seasonal set up for our products, assets and partnerships.
You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure essential marketing collateral such as Product Imagery are provided for our external Partners, whilst ensuring the use of these materials is done so in accordance with a clearly communicated launch calendar with associated embargo dates.
The successful candidate will also work closely with our product, operations and legal teams to ensure highest standards are delivered in terms of marketplace readiness for launch.
Who will you work with?
This role reports to the Sports Marketing and Operations Lead and will work and collaborate very closely across all functions – in particular the full Marketplace Team, Digital & eCommerce, Sports Marketing, Product Management, Legal and Operations.
You will also have frequent interaction with external parties such as external agencies, graphic designers, retail partners and Nike.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑oriented individual with a passion for the Sports Industry and proven track record of success in Project Management.
The individual must possess strong organizational and communication skills, thrive in a fast‑paced environment and are eager to contribute to the success of Zelus’ growth.
What will you be responsible for?
Marketplace Launch Coordination
* Lead the business approach across functions toward successful and impactful product launches.
* Manage and circulate launch calendars and updates internally and externally.
* Identify and track launch specific styles and products.
* Own partner embargo procedures and keep them tight.
Asset Creation
* Responsible for product image creation across the business alongside external agencies, and manage those images within the respective systems for timely availability in line with launch moments.
* Brief, manage, and deliver on‑model photoshoots for new product launches and renewal of expired image rights.
* Brief and develop marketing assets for Marketplace channels, including catalogues, banners, and digital assets including translation and copywriting.
* Manage external Agency Partners and associated Marketing Budgets aligned to all projects.
Product Sample Management
* Responsible for the timely ordering, coordination, and tracking of all sample requirements across Marketplace and Sports Marketing functions, plus Nike Brand for campaign shoots.
* Manage the flow of these samples from order placement to delivery, including timely arrival at relevant Studios for Asset Creation to be completed on time and serve as the lead liaison with external studios and agency partners.
* Effectively and confidentially manage all product samples after use in shoots.
Skills and Experience
* Excellent project management and proven project coordination skillset.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
Desirable
* Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
* Experience in copywriting and content creation.
* Budget management experience.
* Data analysis and reporting skills.
* A passion for sports and a strong understanding of the sports market.
