What you’ll do:
You’ll provide dedicated support to the Birmingham marketing team by creating and managing high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, capability statements, visual fee proposals, and presentations that showcase our brand. You’ll be curious to learn about our business, highly organised, confident in communicating with both internal teams and external clients and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.

This role will initially be part-time, but if the position grows along with you and the skills you bring, it could evolve into a full-time role.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Marketing Collateral Creation:
o Develop and format brochures and capability statements and presentations in line with brand guidelines.
o Prepare visually engaging fee proposals.
o Update the office TV screens on a fortnightly basis with office news
o Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and messaging standards.
* Presentation Design:
o Create and enhance PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
o Ensure consistency in branding, layout, and messaging across all presentations.
* Information Gathering & Content Management:
o Collaborate with subject matter experts to collect accurate content for marketing materials.
o Organise and manage a library of marketing assets for easy access and reuse.
* Quality Assurance:
o Proofread and review all materials for accuracy, grammar, and compliance with brand standards.
* Project Management:
o Track progress of marketing projects and ensure deadlines are met.
o Coordinate approvals and feedback from stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
* Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (essential).
* Knowledge of Adobe InDesign (advantageous).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
