We are recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants for a number of inclusive and high-achieving secondary schools across Barnet. These roles are ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced support staff looking to make a real difference.
You’ll Support Students With:
1. ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs
2. Speech, language and communication challenges
3. Learning difficulties and behaviour support
The Role:
4. One-to-one and small group support
5. In-class assistance under teacher direction
6. Assisting with IEPs and EHCPs
7. Contributing to a positive, inclusive school environment
You’ll Need:
8. Experience working with young people (ideally SEN)
9. Calm, patient and resilient personality
10. Good literacy and numeracy (minimum GCSEs)
11. Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
