Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 + progression, training, paid overtime.
Responsibilities
* Work hands‑on with senior engineers on civil and structural projects.
* Support projects of varying complexity, undertaking design work and agreeing timescales and specifications with clients and managers.
* Assist in delivering high standards of work on small and larger projects.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
* No prior professional experience required.
* Strong commitment to personal development and a straightforward route into senior roles.
