Your Role as Sous Chef
As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef, helping to select dishes and support local suppliers. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the kitchen team and ensuring all operations are carried out to the Head Chef's high standards.
Working with other chefs, providing clear and consistent direction to the wider team.
Effectively managing and leading the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef.
Bringing extensive culinary skills, knowledge, and confidence to the role.
What We're Looking For
This role requires a dedicated professional ready to grow. You should have:
A minimum of 1 year of experience working within a similar role.
A passion for great food and making your mark in an innovative environment.
The confidence and skill set to manage a busy kitchen section.
