Director of Account Management
We're entering an exciting new phase of growth and are seeking an experienced and impactful Director of Account Management to lead the ATM Managed Services (AMS) portfolio within the NoteMachine business at Brink's. This is a high‑profile leadership role with significant scope to drive sustainable growth, nurture long term client relationships, and strengthen NoteMachine's position as a trusted partner in ATM Managed Service sector.
You will be a commercially driven product management professional with a strong track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and client retention within complex account environments. You will bring strategic vision alongside hands‑on execution enabling the team to shape and deliver impactful account and growth strategies. We are looking for an inspiring people leader, they effectively align, motivate, and develop teams to deliver outstanding commercial and client outcomes.
The Role
* Define and deliver account management strategies aligned to wider business goals, driving revenue, retention, and growth.
* Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships, acting as senior escalation point for key accounts.
* Identify and convert opportunities to expand existing accounts through upselling, cross‑selling, and new initiatives.
* Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing account teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and clear performance metrics.
* Ensure operational excellence across account management, including contract governance, renewals, and profitability tracking.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insight‑led recommendations to senior leadership.
* Represent the organisation as a senior ambassador at client engagements and industry events, strengthening brand credibility.
What We Are Looking For
* Proven track record of delivering revenue growth, sales performance, and profitable account expansion within a complex, client‑led environment.
* Strong experience in sales leadership and commercial strategy, including go‑to‑market initiatives, account growth, and new product or market launches.
* Highly commercially astute, with a strong understanding of key revenue, cost, and profitability drivers and how sales and marketing decisions impact financial outcomes.
* Deeply market‑connected, with the ability to translate micro and macro market trends, competitive pressures, and customer insight into clear commercial action.
* An effective people leader, capable of motivating, developing, and leading high‑performing teams to consistently deliver against ambitious targets.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to align activity to the wider business direction and long‑term commercial imperatives.
* Confident, credible, and relationship‑driven, with the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
