About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join our growing and dynamic property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven legal professional to handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters while delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
* Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
* Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with relevant experience
* Proven track record in residential conveyancing
* Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
* Familiarity with case management systems
Desirable
* Experience handling high-volume caseloads
* Knowledge of leasehold and shared ownership transactions
* Ability to contribute to business development and client relationships
