Lead. Inspire. Transform.
Duke's Aldridge Academy, part of the Aldridge Education Trust, is a close-knit, values-driven trust where relationships and connections matter.
We are seeking an exceptional Principal to lead Duke's into its next exciting chapter. This is a career-defining opportunity for a passionate and visionary leader who wants to make a genuine difference to the lives of young people in North London.
Duke's Aldridge Academy sits at the heart of a vibrant, multicultural community in Tottenham right next to White Hart Lane Stadium and the London Academy of Excellence Tottenham. As part of a medium-sized trust, Duke's works closely with other Trust schools, whilst retaining its own unique identity and culture.
At Aldridge Education, everything we do is guided by two core themes:
* Leaving no one behind
* Bringing learning to life
These principles underpin every decision we make from the curriculum we deliver to the support we provide for every student and member of staff.
We are looking for a dynamic and courageous leader who:
* Is driven by a commitment to equity and excellence for all students
* Thrives in challenging contexts and walks towards problems, not away from them
* Believes in the power of engagement, relevance, and strong relationships to transform lives
* Can inspire a strong and united team and work collaboratively across the Trust
Aldridge Education doesn't have all the answers, but we are determined to find them together. This is not just about managing a school; it's about redefining what's possible for a community that deserves the very best.
Why Join?
* A genuine opportunity to shape the future of a school at a pivotal moment of growth
* Access to the Trust's Growing Together programme, collaboration with like-minded colleagues and support to expand your influence
* The chance to be part of a wider family of schools making a real impact in areas of significant deprivation
Ready to Lead the Change?
If you believe in our mission and are ready to make your mark, we would love to hear from you. Be part of a team that's building a legacy, transforming outcomes, and bringing learning to life one student at a time.
How to apply:
The closing date for applications is 5pm on October 8th.
Applications should be made electronically via Anderson Quigley.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling process with interviews taking place in person on 11th, 12th and 13th November.
