Delivering a range of property services, including reactive repairs and planned and cyclical maintenance services to over 100 local authorities and housing providers nationwide.
Role Criteria:
* We are looking for an experienced Glazer / UPVC Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team to work within a busy repairs team environment.
* Reporting individual job actions from site to ensure our clients receive high levels of service and satisfaction.
* Must be competent with all aspects of glazing and UPVC works including installing/replacing hinges, handles, restrictors, locks, and sliding gear.
* Must have experience in changing UPVC trims, sills, and renewing double-glazed units.
* Must be able to measure glass and doors and confidently order materials with our suppliers. Familiarity with composite doors is required.
