Leadership and Management Tutor - July start
Up to £32k+ negotiable depending on experience/quals + company car for one of the UK's largest training & apprenticeship providers
Location: NorthWest/Lancashire based, working with learners at their workplace, face-to-face visits where needed, group remote sessions mainly for higher level learners with regular HQ visits once a month, possibly more for development days.
Role involves a 50/50 remote and travel to learners at their workplace.

Our client seeks someone with a background in senior management in retail or general business management to lead on Level 5 Departmental Management qualifications. Experience in project management is desirable.
Your responsibility will be to ensure learners in senior management and team leading roles are progressing towards their qualification, through regular visits, guidance, and industry insights. The role is mainly remote with occasional in-person visits around the NorthWest to assess progress, set targets, and engage with employers. You will also identify new learner opportunities and collaborate with other departments for business success.
Reporting to the Assessor Team Leader, the role involves delivering innovative teaching and assessing a caseload of students.
