The Role
You’ll sit at the core of engineering:
* Own architecture across key product areas
* Build end-to-end systems (FE → BE → data)
* Write the hard stuff: high-impact, high-leverage code
* Work directly with product on what to build, not just how
* Spot scaling issues early and fix them
* Mentor engineers and raise the bar
