We are working with a reputable law firm based across Lincolnshire and the Midlands that is recruiting for a Family Solicitor to work in their Lincoln office. They are open to candidates working across other offices in Lincolnshire and the Midlands.
The firm seeks someone with previous experience in a similar area of law who is looking to grow and develop their career.
Typical duties include:
* Manage a varied caseload of family law matters.
* Handle divorce, property/finances, and children issues.
* Advise on pre/post-nuptial agreements.
* Deal with non-molestation applications.
The successful candidate
* Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE (NQ Solicitors considered).
* Excellent communication skills for clear advice and rapport building.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn and develop.
* Committed to teamwork and contributing to the firm's success.
