Overview
We are looking for a Team Manager to support a dynamic and committed team of Social Workers within the Children with Disabilities Team. Within your role you will be responsible for supporting a team of 6 Social Workers ranging from ASYE to Advanced Practitioner levels.
Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and supervision to a team of 6 Social Workers across ASYE to Advanced Practitioner levels.
* Support delivery of high-quality social work practice within the Children with Disabilities Team.
* Support staff development, performance management and professional growth.
* Collaborate with the management team to ensure effective service delivery and case coordination.
Qualifications
* Experience in supervision or management of social workers (within or outside Children with Disabilities).
* Experience within Children with Disabilities is desirable but not essential.
* Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills; ability to work across a multidisciplinary team.
