Job Description: Account Manager (Aviation) LOCATION: Horsham SALARY: £35k - £40k (DOE Bonus) About the Role We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our client. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and supporting the end-to-end coordination of charter flights. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering a seamless experience from enquiry to follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent, personalised support. Develop strong, long-term relationships that drive client loyalty and repeat business. Understand client preferences, travel patterns, and service expectations to proactively anticipate needs. Handle charter enquiries, prepare quotes, and present suitable aircraft options based on client requirements. Monitor flights in real time, communicating updates to clients and resolving issues promptly. Identify opportunities to upsell services or propose alternative aviation solutions tailored to client needs. Support company revenue targets through effective account growth and client retention. Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking activity, feedback, and follow-up actions. Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with premium private aviation standards. Manage post-flight feedback, address any concerns, and support continuous improvement of the client experience. Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company quality standards in all interactions.Skills & Experience Essential Proven experience in account management or client services in aviation required Strong communication skills with the ability to manage high-expectation clients confidently and professionally. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities in time-sensitive environments. Commercial awareness and the ability to negotiate effectively.
