What will you be doing?
You’ll be trained to become a specialist within your chosen market — building meaningful relationships, understanding client needs, and matching top talent to high-growth companies across the UK.
* Building and managing relationships with new and existing clients
* Interviewing and assessing high-quality candidates
* Managing the full recruitment process from search to placement
* Learning to pitch, sell and win new business
* Developing into a trusted expert in your niche
Your First Year Training Path
1. Foundations (First 6 Weeks)
How to build rapport, understand motivations, and communicate effectively.
2. Market Specialist
Choose a niche area and learn everything about the industries and businesses you'll partner with.
3. Business Development
Learn commercial skills — client meetings, pitching, negotiation and relationship building.
4. 360 Consultant
Run both sides of the desk, earn higher commission, and celebrate your first promotion.

* Recent graduate (2:1 preferred, but open to all strong applications)
