Reports To: Restaurant General Manager
Position Overview: As an Assistant Manager, you oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead the team. Collaboration and organization are key.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and resolve workstation bottlenecks
* Ensure all products meet quality standards
* Oversee preparation of workstations for peak periods
* Follow and coach safety procedures
* Provide leadership and coaching to the team
* Communicate effectively
* Train new team members
* Coach and direct team members respectfully
* Promote Yum!’s culture and values
* Prioritize customer needs
* Handle customer issues promptly
* Assist the manager in business operations
Education & Experience:
* GCSE or equivalent in core subjects (Grades A-C)
* Experience in food retail or service preferred
* Ability to exceed customer satisfaction expectations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
