As a Hydraulic Modeller, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges. Whether it's reducing flood risks, restoring wetlands, or addressing the impacts of climate change, your work will leave a lasting legacy.
You will be expected to develop and build hydraulic models using Tuflow and Flood Modelling. Complete flood risk management, nutrient neutrality and wetland restoration projects.
Analyze and interpret hydrological and hydraulic data. -Flood Estimation and GIS Mapping.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement sustainable solutions.
Contribute to climate change adaptation strategies by assessing potential impacts and mitigation measures.
Prepare high-quality technical reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.-Develop new business opportunities with new and existing clients.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in hydraulic modelling and environmental management.
-Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver innovative design solutions. -Team building days with staff across UK offices.Applicants are required to have the following criteria;
A degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Hydrology, or a related field.
Experience in hydraulic modelling software such as TUFLOW and Flood Modeller.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a passion for hydrology.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
