We’re currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established, multinational manufacturing business based in Rothley. This is a long-term opportunity with a genuine temp-to-perm pathway, offering stability and development within a busy warehouse environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting the finished goods operation, ensuring stock is handled, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
* Operating FLT Counterbalance, along with equipment such as reel clamps and PPTs
* Moving and storing pallets within the warehouse
* Preparing finished goods for dispatch in line with schedules
* Loading vehicles when required
* Completing daily equipment checks and reporting defects
* Maintaining accurate paperwork and stock records
* Identifying damaged stock or quality issues
* Supporting stock counts and inventory control
* Working collaboratively with the wider warehouse team
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Following all health and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
* Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (essential)
* Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing or production environment
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
* Good communication skills
