At Quo Vadis Trust (QVT), we provide safe, well-maintained homes for adults living with mental health needs across South East London. We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Plumber & Boiler Technician to join our friendly team and help us keep our properties in excellent condition.
You'll play a vital part in ensuring our residents live in safe, comfortable homes. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for a wide range of maintenance tasks, with a focus on plumbing and boiler repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out general plumbing repairs including leaks, taps, toilets, and pipework
* Diagnose and repair domestic boilers and heating systems (Gas Safe qualification desirable)
* Support with other general maintenance tasks including basic electrical, carpentry, and tiling work
* Conduct routine inspections and planned maintenance
* Respond to emergency maintenance issues as required
* Maintain accurate job records and liaise with the property team
