Event Manager
On behalf of our client - an Events, Experience, Incentives & Destination Management company, we are looking for an experienced Event Manager to join their growing team.
Essential Criteria:
• Proven experience as an event manager or similar role
• Knowledge of event planning and management best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute events, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating all aspects of the event
• Work with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual equipment
• Create and manage event timelines and schedules
• Oversee event registration and ticketing
• Coordinate event marketing and promotion
• Manage event staff and volunteers
• Ensure compliance with all legal and safety requirements
• Analyze event success and identify areas for improvement
