Job Description
* Full responsibility for portfolio of clients - planning, overseeing and reviewing jobs; review and file work; liaise with build relationships
* Carry out management of your team - appraisals, 1-2-1's, on-the-job training
* You will also have a level of involvement with the business development and networking side of the business - up for discussion
The Successful Applicant
* ACA or ACCA qualified
* At least 2 years of experience managing and growing your own portfolio
* Experience in managing teams
* Ideally, have IRIS experience
* Confident, personable and a good leader
