Responsibilities: We deliver 2nd line support for software applications and business systems. We take ownership of escalated incidents through to resolution. We investigate recurring technical issues and implement preventative solutions. We assist with software updates, testing, and feature deployments. We maintain internal support documentation and knowledge resources. We monitor system performance and proactively identify risks. We act as a technical contact for key customer accounts. We deliver onboarding and user training sessions. We provide guidance on best-practice system usage. We monitor customer engagement and support retention initiatives. We assist in maintaining excellent service delivery standards. We work collaboratively to improve the customer experience. We support SQL database maintenance and integrity where required. We write and optimise SQL queries for reporting and troubleshooting where required. We assist with data audits, backups, and validation checks where required. We investigate data discrepancies and support corrective actions where required. We support data migration and configuration changes where required.
