Enterprise Account Director – Leading Managed Services Provider
Hybrid Working
Paying between £70,000-£80,000 basic + OTE (DoE)
Our client, a top‑tier Managed Services Provider with a reputation for innovation and excellence, is seeking an Enterprise Account Director to drive strategic growth across a portfolio of major enterprise customers.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a relationship‑led commercial leader who excels at expanding complex accounts, shaping long‑term strategy, and delivering value across a broad technology ecosystem.

The Opportunity
This role is centred on strategic account development. You'll work as an overlay alongside Enterprise Account Directors, deepening engagement within existing enterprise customers and identifying opportunities to expand adoption across the client's full technology portfolio.

You'll help customers unlock value across:

Connectivity and Networking
Mobile and Unified Communications
Modern Workspace Solutions
Cyber Security Services
Managed Services and Outsourcing

You'll be the strategic partner who understands customer priorities, aligns internal teams, and ensures the MSP consistently delivers outcomes that matter.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow strategic enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities for upsell, cross‑sell, and expanded service adoption.
Act as a specialist overlay, collaborating closely with Enterprise Account Directors to shape account strategy and maximise customer value.
Own the commercial approach for key opportunities, building compelling value propositions and ensuring deals support long‑term partnership success.
Coordinate and influence cross‑functional teams—including technical, product, and delivery specialists—to ensure a seamless, value‑driven customer experience.
Build and maintain strong senior‑level relationships, understanding customer priorities and positioning the MSP as a trusted strategic partner.
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility across your account portfolio.
Champion collaboration across the organisation, ensuring consistent messaging, aligned execution, and a unified approach to customer engagement.

Experienced required.
A strong background in enterprise account management or strategic account development
Experience within a Managed Services Provider, Systems Integrator, or Telecoms/IT services environment
A deep understanding of multi‑tower propositions (Connectivity, Mobile, Workspace, Cyber, Managed Services)
The ability to influence and collaborate across matrixed teams
Strong commercial acumen and experience shaping complex deals
Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging at C‑suite level.

Paying up to £80,000 basic, depending on experience + OTE.
Must be eligible to work in the UK.
