We are hiring an exciting opportunity to join a world-leading consulting company based in the city of London.
Role: Resource Coordinator
Team: Resource Management
Salary: £40-45K
This role will be crucial to the business, working with senior stakeholders and teams across the business to ensure the effective allocation of people and projects across London & global locations.
You will be the key point of contact for each team, collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their project needs and to allocate resources effectively.
Duties include:
* Partnering with key stakeholders and teams across the business to understand their needs and requirements.
* Allocation of project requests across the business.
* Building relationships across different teams.
* Maintain team files and documentation.
* Regularly managing and updating the CRM, with new projects, leave requests & extensions.
* Hybrid working, 2 days on-site.
Candidate skills & experience required:
* 1-2 years of experience in a resource coordinator role.
* Experience working within professional services.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to partner with key stakeholders within a business.
* Excellent coordination and allocation skills.
* Good knowledge of MS Office, including Word & Excel.
* High attention to detail.
* Another European language would be ideal, but not essential.
