Ideally, you will have: Level 3 childcare qualification (preferred but not essential) Previous experience supporting children — ideally in a school, nursery, or childcare setting, however strong transferable experience is also welcomed A passion for working with EYFS and primary-aged pupils Minimum availability of 2 days per week, with flexibility around which days you can offer A positive, proactive attitude, and confidence supporting children of mixed abilities Strong communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with both pupils and staff A willingness to adapt, learn, and support different school environments What the Role Involves As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children’s learning and general classroom functioning.
