Overview
Employment Advisor – Restart Contract. Location: Hounslow. Contract: Permanent. Salary: Circa £28,500. Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Provide quality information, advice and guidance (IAG) to clients seeking employment as part of the Restart team in Hounslow.
* Support clients who are mid to long term unemployed.
* Complete an initial assessment with clients, devise SMART action plans to support progression; job brokerage; maintain compliant records of interventions.
* Manage the key outcomes of the programme and meet targets; follow compliance process requirements for the contract; manage your caseload and contribute to the wider team.
* Maintain excellent organisational and administration skills to cope with competing demands and tight deadlines.
* Qualify interest and suitability for the role; demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
* A qualification in Advice & Guidance would be advantageous.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, good attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
