Requirements
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience as a Salon Manager, Assistant Salon Manager, or Front of House Leader in a hair or beauty salon.
* Strong leadership, people management & customer service skills.
* A passion for the hair & beauty industry and delivering exceptional client care.
* Sales-driven with the ability to motivate your team to achieve targets.
What you'll do:
* Be a Founding Team Member: Help launch our stunning new salon and grow with a fresh, dynamic team.
* Lead, inspire & motivate a team of stylists, receptionists & apprentices.
* Deliver a 5-star client experience every day.
* Drive sales, hit targets & keep salon operations smooth.
* Recruit, train & develop your team.
* Ensure excellent customer service and salon standards at all times.
