Role Overview:
We are looking for a competent, highly motivated, hands-on and hardworking Premier Accounts Coordinator who is able to work on their own initiative as well as being part of a dynamic team. With a customer-oriented approach, you will manage the relationship with our key accounts. The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of accounts, aiming for maximum efficiency. The main areas covered are Customer Service for our key accounts, Distributions and Event/Show management:
Key Responsibilities:
General Customer Service duties, including:
* Reviewing and tracking PODs (proof of deliveries).
* Communicating with customers, suppliers, and handling retailer enquiries via telephone and email.
* Resolving any shipment issues and customer queries, liaising with overseas delivery partners.
* Updating details on our in-house system (full training given).
Processing Distributions:
* Creating waybills for packages.
* Picking and packing from the warehouse.
* Distributing packages to required destinations.
* Quoting prices to clients for distributions and exports.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Experience in Customer Service / Premier Accounts and the Express Courier industry.
* Strong administration and computer skills.
* Team player.
* Able to use own initiative.
Hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
