About you - EYFS TA - Rushden, Northamptonshire
* Previous experience working with children, Nursery to KS1 aged
* Familiar with the EYFS framework
* Available on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday 8:30-3:30
* Supports learning through play, exploration, and child-led activities
* Communicates clearly and effectively with young children at their level
* Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach
