We're looking for a Senior Care Worker to join our passionate team – someone who is reliable, experienced, and confident in taking the lead in both care delivery and supporting colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, hands-on care to clients in their homes
* Complete first care calls and ensure smooth care transitions for new clients
* Carry out client sign-ups, including assessments and care planning
* Provide mentorship and guidance to care staff in the field
* Complete spot checks, supervisions, and observations
* Be part of the on-call rota, providing out-of-hours support and responding to emergencies
* Maintain accurate and professional records of care delivery and updates
* Liaise with clients, families, and the office team to ensure continuity and quality of care
About You:
* At least 2 years' experience in domiciliary or residential care
* NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Comfortable conducting new client visits and assessments
* Able to manage first calls with confidence and professionalism
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Flexible to work alternate weekends and take part in the on-call rota
