About Age Concern Romsey & District
Age Concern Romsey & District is a small independent charity formed in 1989, based in our Hall in Linden Road, Romsey, run by dedicated volunteers. We support older people to live as independently as possible by providing a range of activities and services and promoting well‑being for all older people.
Role: Treasurer (Volunteer)
The Treasurer will support the board by assisting at meetings and overseeing financial matters.
* Attend board meetings 6–8 times a week after 4 pm at the hall.
* Produce and oversee finance accounts.
* Liaise with accountants as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience in financial oversight and accounting is desirable. Ability to communicate effectively with board members and accountants.
