Tesco Phone Shop Colleague pay starts at £13.70 per hour, rising to £14.97 in stores within the M25.Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. You will be responsible for Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers Providing flexible support across the Phone Shop and wider store, including helping customers choose the right mobile products and services, completing phone and contract setups, and supporting customers with a range of tech queries. Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance You will need A passion for delivering great service, greeting every customer with a smile, and serving them with pride while helping them find the right mobile products and solutions. The ability to build rapport quickly so customers leave feeling confident, supported, and having had a great experience in the Phone Shop. The initiative to make the right decisions for customers, whether you’re solving a tech query, recommending a product, or supporting with a contract setup.
