Class 2 Driver – £17ph – Immediate Start
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00 starts
Are you an experienced Class 2 Driver looking for secure work with a leading logistics business? We have an excellent opportunity with immediate starts available.
What’s on offer:
* £17 per hour
* Monday to Friday – no weekends
* 06:00 starts
* Assessment required – once passed, immediate start
* 3 days shadowing with an experienced driver to help you settle in
* Friendly and supportive team
The role:
* Multidrop deliveries to customers and businesses
* Some heavy lifting involved – must be physically fit
* Driving a Class 2 vehicle in a safe and compliant manner
* Vehicle checks before and after shifts
* Ensuring stock is secured and handled carefully
* Providing excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
* Valid Class 2 (LGV/HGV) Licence
* Digital Tachograph card
* CPC card
* Good knowledge of drivers’ hours regulations and working time directive
* No more than 6 penalty points
