Chips Ahoy Windscreens is expanding and seeking a reliable and proactive Inbound Sales Advisor & Administrator to join a growing business.
The Inbound Sales Advisor & Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day office operations, providing support to the team, and ensuring a smooth customer-service experience. This role requires an individual who is organised, detailed-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Answering calls, managing communication with customers, and contacting customers as necessary.
* Scheduling appointments and managing daily routes.
* Providing quotations, and following up with customers to drive bookings.
* Maintaining accurate customer records.
* Assist in processing payments.
* Liaise with external suppliers and service providers.
* Perform general office tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry.
* Support the management team with any other administrative tasks as needed.
Experience
* Previous role, preferably within the automotive/transport or similar customer-focused industry.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
* Positive, professional attitude with a focus on customer service.
* Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours: Full-Time, Mon-Fri

Pay: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
