Package:
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 (depending on experience) + £7,000 OTE
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 7.15 to 17.30 / 7.45 to 18.00 (alternating weeks)
Were Looking For!
Experience within sales, main dealer experience would be an advantage
Possess good technical knowledge with ability to answer customer queries
Ability to multitask and use your own initiative when faced with challenges
Excellent communication and computer skills
Impressive organisational skills
Ability to thrive within a team
Extensive knowledge of CDK desirable, although training will be given
Professional and courteous manner
Job Description:
Pro-actively contact customers with progress of work updates
Provide customer estimates according to company policy on schedules, time and pricing
Notify customers promptly of completion of work
Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available
Produce invoices of work carried out
Upsell various products
Advise customers of necessary repairs
