We are looking for a highly capable Project Manager passionate about leading teams to deliver our portfolio of change.
The role
The Lead Business Improvement Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects across the SRA Futures portfolio, overseeing various aspects of prioritisation, planning and execution to time, cost, and quality. SRA Futures oversees the portfolio of change projects to make sure the SRA are working to deliver on strategic objectives. Your role will include:
* Effectively delivering the Futures portfolio of change
* Improving the Futures lifecycle with better ways of working and effective resource and capacity planning
* Improving the SRA's project delivery by increasing the capability and effectiveness of project sponsors and wider business representatives
In this role you will manage and develop a team of project managers and project support officers working on complex, interdependent and/or unrelated projects. This includes detailed planning, optimal and performant resource management, Risks/Assumptions/Issues/Dependencies (RAID) management and ensuring outcomes are achieved against designed deliverables for the most complex and/business critical projects. You will work with senior stakeholders to define and maintain project prioritisation, planning, engaging with and influencing to ensure projects are delivered.
Reporting into the Head of Change Management, you will support in the continuous improvement of the project management, methodologies, and associated principles.

Additional Information
This is a full-time hybrid role and will be based in our Birmingham office 1 to 2 days a week, and from home the rest of the week.
