NPI Manager : Manufacturing About the Role We are currently working on behalf of a leading manufacturing client who is seeking an experienced NPI Manager to join their growing team. This role will play a crucial part in managing new product launches from concept through to production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
: Lead NPI projects, managing cross:functional teams to deliver successful product launches.
: Develop and manage project plans, ensuring clear milestones and effective risk management.
: Liaise with design, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless transitions from prototype to full production.
: Identify and implement process improvements to support new product introduction.
: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, issues, and solutions.
About You
: Previous experience in an NPI / Project Management role within a manufacturing environment.
: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
: Excellent organisational and communication skills.
: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
: Engineering or technical background preferred.
