Partner Growth Manager
Location: Remote with close proximity to our office in Reading, UK

Purpose
As Partner Growth Manager, you will drive strategic growth across our top‑tier Education Managed Service Providers (MSPs) within the IT channel. You’ll be responsible for increasing recurring revenue, expanding product adoption – particularly AI‑driven cyber security solutions – and reducing churn. Acting as both a trusted advisor and growth executor, you’ll ensure partners are enabled, engaged, and delivering long‑term value to education sector customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Own a portfolio of high‑value Education MSPs, serving as the primary contact for commercial, operational, and strategic matters.
* Build strong relationships across partner sales, technical, and leadership teams.
* Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning sessions to align on growth objectives.
* Develop retention strategies to secure renewals and protect existing Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
* Achieve MRR growth targets through cross‑sell, upsell, and renewal initiatives.
* Drive adoption of AI‑powered cyber security products and automated services across the education customer base.
* Collaborate with Marketing to activate partner‑specific campaigns and call‑out days focused on product penetration and revenue uplift.
* Maintain a clear and accurate pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring visibility of growth and renewal opportunities.
* Deliver monthly MRR forecasts, identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
* Accelerate deal velocity through disciplined follow‑up and opportunity management.
* Deliver onboarding and enablement programmes tailored to selling and supporting our cyber security portfolio, including AI‑driven threat detection and automated response tools.
* Ensure partners have access to sales tools, technical documentation, and product training.
* Coordinate training aligned with product updates and go‑to‑market initiatives.
* Track KPIs including MRR growth, renewal rate, product attach rate, and churn.
* Use data insights to inform account prioritisation and strategic planning.
* Maintain CRM hygiene for accurate forecasting and reporting.
* Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations to execute growth plans.
* Escalate partner feedback to drive continuous improvement in product and service delivery.
Your Story
* 5+ years in Channel, Partner Account Management, or MSP‑focused roles within a SaaS or cyber security vendor.
* Proven success in executing revenue growth strategies through partners.
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
* Excellent relationship management and negotiation capabilities.
* Experience in the Education technology or public‑sector channel is a plus.
* Understanding of SaaS metrics including MRR, churn, and attach rate.
