Innovative, growing business based in Yorkshire is now seeking an E&I biased Tendering Engineer to join the team working with a leading client base in the UK and worldwide. You will join a company offering a broad range of unique projects with a stable team.
Electrical Tendering Engineer
Salary: £35-50k + Hybrid working, Overtime, Healthcare & more

Role Responsibilities:
1. Lead the tender for each project, pulling together information from all disciplines to produce a tender documentation package.
2. Prepare & issue technical & commercial aspects of quotations.
3. Support senior engineering team to ensure all proposals are followed up.
4. Perform tender evaluations.
5. Work with customers, maintaining & developing client relationships.
6. Provide feedback on commercial trends & technical challenges.
Candidate Requirements:
* Ideally able to complete deviations/clarifications for electrical engineering.
* Broad background of EC&I engineering, including automation/control systems.
* Experience preparing technical & commercial quotes/tenders.
* Client-facing experience.
* Minimum HNC in Electrical Engineering.
* Confident in working directly with clients.
* Ability to understand E&I specifications.
* Understanding of cost/delivery impact on projects.
This role is suitable for candidates with approximately 2+ years of experience. Whether you are a junior engineer seeking further development or an experienced engineer focusing on tendering, this opportunity is ideal.
The company has increased its turnover by £5M over the last 12 months and has a large number of projects to complete. Located in West Yorkshire, this role is commutable from Huddersfield, Bradford, Leeds, and surrounding areas.
