Responsibilityfordisasterrecoveryplanningwhichisregularlyreviewedandtested CoverforOperationsManagerwhenabsent(annualleave/sickness) Customer,Workforce&ShiftPlanning/Forecasting Buildandmaintainanoperationalforecastingtool. Leadtheoperationalforecastingprocessusingthesalesforecastandcustomerschedulestopredictrequirementsaccurately. Monitorforecastaccuracyandpreparescenariosforvolumefluctuations. Analyseandoptimiseshiftpatternstoensureoperationalcoverageandcost-effectiveworkforceutilisation. OperationalProductivity ReviewandenhanceproductivitylevelsthroughouttheUKwarehouse,identifyingopportunitiesforimprovement. Identifythemostoperationalandcost-efficientmovementacrossallmodesoftransport Analysedatatosupportsmarter,faster,andmoreefficientdecision-making.
