Service Co-ordinator

Location: Richmond, Surrey with parking - office-based role!

Salary: £30k - £35k, depending on experience Hours: 8.30am to 5pm - can be flexible Benefits: 25 days holiday, pension, performance bonus, team social and lunches!

Are you a proactive leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service?

Our client is seeking a strong service co-ordinator to join their dynamic & small team in Richmond. This is an office-based role that plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of services while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront of all activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and support a team of field-based engineers, ensuring they are motivated and performing at their best.
* Collaborate closely with the Managing Director and Operations Director on daily operations and project support.
* Provide technical guidance to engineers on maintenance and repair of equipment.
* Maintain a strong focus on customer service by identifying solutions that meet client needs and resolving any issues that arise.
* Implement effective time management strategies to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
* Analyse performance trends and address any issues promptly to maintain service excellence.
* Foster a collaborative team environment, inspiring individuals to leverage their strengths for collective success.
* Ensure compliance with commercial aspects of contracts.

Ideal Candidates, to excel in this role, you should possess:

* Proven experience in managing technical teams and operations.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
* Technical expertise in the services industry
* A customer-focused approach with the ability to navigate challenges and deliver solutions.
* Competence in data analysis and the creation of management information, with strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
