The School and Role
A welcoming primary school is looking to appoint a dedicated Year 3/4 Teacher to join their team from Wednesday to Friday in a job share role with the Deputy Head. This role involves delivering well-structured, engaging lessons, monitoring and assessing pupil development, and promoting high standards of behaviour and learning. The successful candidate will foster a positive classroom atmosphere and work collaboratively to ensure consistency and progression for all pupils.
Requirements:
The successful Teacher will have:
1. Experience of working with primary school aged children.
2. Experience of working with pupils with SEND.
3. A passion for the progress of primary school pupils.
4. An ability to work as part of a team.
5. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
6. The ability to plan and deliver differentiated learning.
