Overview
Band 7 Occupational Therapist in Paediatrics, Uxbridge, UK. Earn £34 per hour. This is a full-time ongoing position.
Responsibilities
* Provide a highly specialised service to children with Occupational Therapy needs, offering top-tier assessment, diagnosis, and therapy packages.
* Support the development of training packages for school staff, parents, and other professionals, equipping them to recognise and address child or young person issues effectively.
* Prioritise the Safeguarding of Vulnerable Children and young people at all times.
* Assist the service in monitoring and achieving Key Performance Indicators, ensuring target Activity Levels and demonstrating quality and outcomes impact.
* Lead quality governance, audits, and projects for the team or service.
* Manage the performance of identified team members and support the team leader in team development.
* Deputise for the team leader in managing day-to-day operations when necessary.
Requirements
* HCPC registration
* Full driving licence
