Responsibilities
 * Deliver high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment in line with the college’s standards.
 * Support students through academic and pastoral guidance.
 * Contribute to curriculum development and innovative teaching approaches.
 * Inspire and support students to achieve their goals within the chosen field.
 * Engage in continuous professional development and mentoring within the college community.
Qualifications and Experience
 * Proven experience in mathematics, engineering or physics.
 * Excellent communication, organisational and classroom management skills.
 * Commitment to inclusive, learner‑focused teaching.
 * Recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve one).
