Brand Operations Manager

As a Brand Operations Manager for our Audi Boston dealership, both in conjunction with and deputising for the Head of Business as required, you will lead and inspire the team to deliver our mission, driving and ensuring high levels of colleague and customer satisfaction and engagement at all times.
Your day to day will include:
1. Overall responsibility for the day-to-day operational activity of the Audi Boston sales team. Supporting the Head of Business, with responsibility of the site in the absence of the Head of Business.
2. Driving the motivation, performance, and behaviours of the team, clarifying objectives and holding regular performance reviews.
3. Creating a better than average customer experience within the dealership utilising brand measures versus National Averages as your context.
4. Increasing customer retention and loyalty utilising root cause analysis and improvement plans.
5. Supporting the Head of Business with the achievement of the Brand’s new vehicle target, parts purchase target and accessory purchase target and all manufacturer KPIs.
