Requirements
What We're Looking For:
1. QCF/NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (Children and Young People)
2. Minimum 1 year of care experience
3. A caring, reliable, and willing attitude
4. Strong compassion and empathy
5. Enthusiasm to promote independence and choice
6. Excellent communication skills
7. A strong work ethic, flexibility, self-motivation, and resilience
8. 22 years of age or older (to ensure an appropriate age gap with the children we support)
9. Full UK manual driving license (essential)
