Job Title: High Level Order Picker – Nights (HLOP)
Location: Sutton Coldfield
Pay Rate: £15.56 per hour
Shift Pattern:
1. Monday to Friday
2. 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Key Responsibilities of a High Level Order Picker – Nights (HLOP):
3. Operate a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) to accurately and efficiently pick customer orders at height.
4. Work in line with warehouse processes and strict health & safety procedures.
5. Accurately pick stock from high-level locations.
6. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
7. Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet nightly targets and deadlines.
Essential Skills & Experience for a High Level Order Picker – Nights (HLOP):
8. Minimum of 2 years’ warehouse experience is essential.
9. Previous experience operating a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) is essential.
10. A valid, in-date HLOP licence/certificate is required.
11. VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) experience is desirable but not essential.
12. Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
13. Willingness to commit to a long-term role and progress within the business.
