Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nursing Home Manager located in St Leonards. The Nursing Home Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and managing staff. Duties include budgeting, developing and implementing care plans, training staff, and working closely with residents and their families to provide high-quality elder care. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to maintain a safe and effective environment for residents and staff.
