HR Advisor
Hours: Full-time
Location: Hybrid – ideally 3 days per week in Surrey head office

Key responsibilities will include:
* Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing expert advice on employee relations, performance management and absence.
* Prepare HR documentation including contracts, policies, handbooks and letters.
* Support the HR Director on exciting HR projects.
* Manage and maintain HR systems and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
The ideal candidate will have:
* Solid experience as an HR Generalist or HR Advisor.
* CIPD Level 3 (ideally or equivalent experience).
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
