Your new role at NewDay

We are seeking talented individuals to join our award-winning Contact Centre team. You will provide exceptional customer service and enhance the customer experience in a digital environment, promoting self-service options. Your responsibilities will include servicing customers via telephone across all our brands.

We value customer satisfaction and quality service, emphasizing attention to detail and compliance, especially within our regulated financial environment. The role offers up to 50% remote work, with the remainder in our Morley Contact Centre. The starting salary is £24,500 plus bonus, benefits, and career development opportunities.


Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via telephone.
* Deliver excellent service in compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
* Promote digital services like the mobile app and messaging, helping customers feel secure online.
* Own customer complaints, resolve them promptly, or escalate as needed.
* Perform basic diagnostics to identify issues and feedback for improvements.
* Accurately record details in our systems.
* Identify and escalate potential issues to relevant teams.
* Suggest process and service improvements to your manager.


What You'll Bring

Ideally, You'll Have

* GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
* Experience in customer service and familiarity with laptops and applications.
* Basic knowledge of mobile apps, websites, and user security.
